    Windows Update Fails Numerous Times


    17 to be exact so far today.

    I have cleared the software dist. folder numerous times...ran wuauclt.exe/updatenow and everytime it fails.

    Any ideas?

    Windows 10 Upgrade

    I have three computers that fail to load the Windows 10 upgrade on my computer. The Windows 10 Update fails with the error code 80240031 each time, it has tried numerous time to download and update but fails each time. I am incurring large data charges
    because of the problem.
