Windows 10: Windows update fails, version 1909 to version 20H2, code 0xc1900223

I am trying to update a Dell Optiplex 7040 to version 20H2. So far it failed 6 times... I have tried all of the suggestions found online to no avail. No disk problems, SFS finds no problems, stopped and restarted services, cleared chached DNS information...I downloaded the Windows 10 Update Assistant and have used it in the last 3-4 attempts.The Update troubleshooter finds no problems. I start the update. It completes the part when Windows runs with no issues and prompts me to restart the machine. It then updates up to 30%, restarts again. Last I saw it at 92% I believe it takes forever, so I

Windows 10 Version 1909 Update Fails with error 0x8007001F

Dear all,

constantly getting the message that the update to Windows 10, Version 1909 fails. Detailed message:

• Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1909
• Fehler bei der Installation am ‎11.‎04.‎2020 – 0x8007001f

I couldn't find a solution in the community, yet. Thus I'm asking for support.

My windows 10 version 1909 will not upgrade to the latest versions. updates do not install and show error codes?

How do I update windows 10 version 1909 to the latest version of 20h2? I cannot manually check for updates because the checking for updates does not bring up these updates. The troubleshooter does not fix the problem. All updates end up not successfully
installing and with error codes.
