Windows 10: Windows Update fails with error code 0xC1900101-0x20017

Current version: Windows 10 Pro build 19043Trying to update to: Insider Preview build 21370.1I tried running SetupDiag.exe, here are the results: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoCLka4RlzLQujOwNyqRiikie66x?e=eMxOjE. I wasn't able to figure out what is causing the error.I already tried running sfc /scannow and the some dism commands from other solutions, as well as deleting and redownloading the update data, but it still fails with the same error.

As i am getting error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but you suggested to refer 0xc1900101-0x40017. Just asking which one is right solution for my
issue ?

I have already tried the steps mentioned for error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but No luck.

I also tried to upgrade through Windows Update but same error.

Did you try the list of quick fixes which include removal of third party AV.
