Windows 10: Windows Update for 1903 Stuck

Discus and support Windows Update for 1903 Stuck in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Today Windows pushed the 1903 update for me and I started the update but for 3 hrs now it just shows initializing and for some updates it shows pending...     Windows Update for 1903 Stuck


    Today Windows pushed the 1903 update for me and I started the update but for 3 hrs now it just shows initializing and for some updates it shows pending install. What should I do now. I am so confused and frustrated with updates.

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    • my update 1903 has been stuck at 99% for 4 hours now. It say downloading. Yet nothing is. Has CPU maxed. Please advise

    Cannot update to 1903

    O_O thats a lot of steps. Starting in a few mins. Quick question though:
    You list a set of instructions for "Windows 10 iso as an in place upgrade repair" with links, and then you included a box for "Routine troubleshooting steps" with 13 steps including links.

    Which should I be following first?

    PLEASE don't hate me for asking this as this just occurred to me. Should I try the update in Safe mode? I downloaded the MediaCreationTool 1903, but it wasn't successful in doing the update, nor was it successful in creating Usb install.
