Windows 10: windows update in June

JOSHUA R, kindly sent me a suggestion fix to cure my problem.

I was unable to use the suggestion at the time and left email it in myI In box.

I have time today to sit to try once again to sort this problem but i can not get access to the information the message says it was delete for security!!!!!

I wasn't advised that this would happen.

Is there anyone available to help me today.

Problem has arose after June Windows 10 update- my printer will no longer print docs even though it gets to printer box, no printing happens.
Printer is also a copy/scanner and both are working fine.
I have worked for over 12 hours now with various advisers from Microsoft, I really need my printer to work.

Please help..

DirectX June Update

Microsoft has released an updated version of DirectX for June, although it isn’t clear whether the update is just for DirectX 9.0c or for DirectX 10 on Vista as well. Regardless of this, it is still recommended that Vista users update their systems because Vista will benefit from any DirectX 9.0c fixes when playing DirectX 9 games. The web installer is only for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions), whilst the redistributable version will also work with Vista. FIXED!! Windows 7 sp1 never ends searching for updates

They made it part of the WU client then, or it's two different things doing the same. Too bad you can't download it separately.

Check the date on the one you thought it was. Nov 4 2015 <-That's not June
