    Windows update in relation with a full connectivity black out


    On the 12e of August 2018 my Windows 10 system automatic update to the latest version.

    After that all the networking devices stopt they were in the device tree but non of them could connect to the network.

    No rollback of drivers is possible there was no new one installed.

    Rolled back the 2 windows updates but no result .

    There were also a lot off office updates I did not rolled them back.

    Any idees what to do next!

    Black screen after trying to reset back to factory settings. (Windows 10)

    This issue might occur if there is change in system settings or display driver is corrupt.

    To assist you better, please provide us the information below:

    • When you say that "reset my computer back to factory settings", are you referring that you have tried to perform rolling back to previous Operating System or performed Reset of Windows 10?
    • Are you able to see Windows 10 logo when you switch on the computer?
