Windows 10: Windows Update issue and my laptop is literally glitching

I've been trying to update since 2 weeks. I'm getting no progress. It's been shutting down by itself on 30% most of the time. I've got an error code today when I was trying setup Windows update 2H21 by media creation tool. The error codes are 0xC1900101 - 0x30018. It says, " *the error codes given*[enter]The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation.Now, a new problem has occured that is- File Explorer or any browser I'm opening it has been going on full screen mode and normal mode by itself. I don't think, there's any physical keyboard damag

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

• What is the
  build number and version of your Windows?
• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.
