Windows 10: Windows update issue.

Hello. When try to play magic the gathering through steam the cpu goes up to 100 % and the 80-85% is from the game and the fans goes crazy. I figured i have outdated driver or something, so i try to find driver updates through windows update, and optional updates.. but everything is up to date. Then i thought okay, and checked the device manager through control panel to check for yellow or red notifications. But didnt find any, but anyhow i searched for updates in device manager even though it didnt have any indications of needing updates the ones i tried until i gave up was up to date. T

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.
