Windows 10: Windows update issues.

So once again microsoft you have done me in as they say 1809 update removed my desktop picture and all of my documents and no thats not all after the update ive noticed weird processes ive never seen running before and one of them called Component Package Support Server (CompPkgSrv.exe) this has no services and no digital signature so little suspicious eh? and then Microsoft Text Input Application (WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp.exe) never seen this before NEVER! why would i need it now i dont!
And oh this .exe doesnt have digital signature either.

Id like to know how do i disable and remove this junk that uses 2-10% of my cpu at times.

EDIT: files not found by methods provided by dave, id now like to know how to get rid of the 2 processes mentioned because i just dont need them.

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.
