Windows 10: Windows Update KB4556799 fails at 100% Error 0x80071160

Have tried everything to get this to work on my 2nd boot drive O: and it always fails at 100% with the above error code.

From what I gather searching for answers is that it is a problem to do with the Alienware branding.
In which case, Microsoft needs to smarten up.

Yes, that's about it in a nutshell. Yes I could and will probably use a VM. Indeed I used to use one but one not so recent Cumulative Update for W10 refused to install BECAUSE VM's were turned on in my BIOS, so that's why I use derogatory terms when referring to this OS.

I've tried so many things now and I still can't update with this one in my Test installation (drive: O.
Main (drive: C is fine.

I've told WU to delay by 7 days to give me a chance to find out what's up.
Why would my C: (Main) drive update without issue and my 2nd (Test) drive not?
