Windows 10: Windows Update Problems 0x8007003, 0x80073701, 0x80092004

I'm getting numerous Windows update errors. Please Help! I am running clover and have Windows installed on nvme attached to a pcie card.

Windows 10 Update - error 0x8007003

I've tried going through the guide in the support article, but I am still having issues. Firstly, I can't really get past Step 2, because it is the most recent version of Windows 10 that I am unable to install. I've tried running the troubleshooter linked
in Step 3, but I am still unable to download and install Windows 10 due to error 0x8007003.
