Windows 10: Windows update refuses to work 0x8007000d

Ok so this has been a problem for quite some time but for the past few weeks the windows update for 2021-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems KB5001330 has kept getting the 0x8007000d error code by which my understanding is file corruption and upon looking online I did find and try things like update troubleshooter, sfc commands, DISM commands, and even Net stop commands, and the main issue for these however is that literally none of the

Method 2: Try the following steps to run
DISM scan to check and restore system file corruption:

  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.

  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.
