I noticed a minor bug with Task Manager. If the default tab is set to Performance, balloon tips wont appear when hovering the mouse pointer over the CPU Logical processors graphs.

Microsoft has released a new KB4541335 cumulative update to Release Preview[/b] ring for Windows 10 version 1903 build 18362.752 and Windows 10 version 1909 build 18363.752.
