Windows 10: Windows Update - Taking long time

Today, I have got the notification that your system is downloaded and ready to update latest version... Restart is required?


I have agreed and clicked the Restart button.


to my surprise - it took 03 hrs 45 mins to update the latest update.....


I am not happy they way it took long time to update....

Windows 10 taking a long time from 8.30 and still not updated yet 1,45..... why

 

Windows Taking long time to update

Hi,

It is understandable download is dependent on internet speed.

However my problem is with installing.I get no error and updates are installed correctly however it I just installation part that takes time.

Considering my spec which is somewhere in mid-range believe it shouldn't take that long. Updates that take time are - Anniversary updates, creative updates etc.
