    Windows Update Won't Allow My Password


    Every morning I need to go to the restart button and go to 'advanced options' and 'Uninstall Quality Update' in order to get into my computer. How do I fix this, as it has been going on for weeks. I assumed another update would have been brought out to fix the issue, as I see lots of people when I google it have the same problem, but I still can't find the solution to having to go through a 10minute process to uninstall each morning.

    Trouble with search bar (won´t find data)

    Hi Jan,

    I Would suggest you follow the steps below and see if it helps:

    Step 1: On the Search bar type “cmd”. Right Click on the Command Prompt option and select Run as Administrator. (If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow)

    Step 2: DISM TOOL

    • Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
      and click Enter.
    • Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
      and click Enter.
    • Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
      and click Enter.

    Windows updates won't install!

    I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

    You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
