Windows 10: Windows updated...now blue sign in screen with The User Profile Service service failed the...

I brought my computer in for repair, needed a new graphics card. When I got it back that is the message I got when trying too sign in. Returned the computer too her, she said it did a windows 10 update. She said she got it running by going back too a previous start point. I get it back once again...and same issue. She now says "she doesn't know what too do". I managed too get it into safe mode....what I get there is the message..."C:Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location." I've tried all the different fixes that is supplied in safe mode, but nothing works. I need too know how too find this missing desktop while in safe mode. Its the only way I can sign into my computer. Hope someone can help me do this without having too pay someone too say "I don't know what too do?"

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

User Profile Service service failed the sign-in

After my computer was restarted after an automatic update, I cannot sign-in.

There is an error message on a blue screen that says, "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded."

Please help me to resolve this problem so I can use my computer. Thank you in advance.

 

User Profile Service service failed the sign in

On windows 10, whenever I try to log on using my microsoft account to my computer, I get a blue screen error stating "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded."

Shortly after, it sends me back to the login screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?
