Windows 10: Windows updated screws up my computer AGAIN!!!!

I really DESPISE that MS thinks they are GOD and can have control over my computer!!! I should be allowed to opt out of their untested update pushes!


So, it has done something to disable my sound. I have gone to the Device Manager and checked for all available updates- all in check there. I went to the SOUND in the Control Panel, all things are at 100% there.


Next, it deleted ALL the cache of people I have emailed in my Outlook and so when I go to type someone's name, it doesn't recognize the name. I found that even after I go look up that persons email and send another email, it still has amnesia!


What the hell Microsoft?!?!?!

• When you set up the account, did you create a local account or Microsoft account?
  
• What is the exact error message you get when you try to login?

I suggest you to check if you have activated two step verification for your account. If yes, I suggest you to turn it off and check.

Also check if the Windows Update was successfully installed on your computer.

• Press Windows Key + I and click on Update and Security.
• Under Windows Update tab, click on Advanced options
• Click on View update history and check if the update is installed properly.

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
