Windows 10: Windows Updates KB4540673 and KB4551762 reboot to blue screen

Hello,

When Windows tries to install these updates, and I reboot, I get the blue stop screen sad face. Auto repair doesn't work. I have to use System Restore to a previous point in order to boot. In Windows Update, it shows Last Failed Attempt for KB4551762 with code 0x80242016 and for KB4540673 with code 0x800f0845. What can I do? The PC boots fine normally, but these updates kill my system... Thanks,

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
