Hello, i got a problem on my laptop(Lenovo ideapad 330 Win10 2004). After installing the "Cumulative update Preview for .NET framework 3.5 and 4.8 (KB4562899) and Cumulative Update Preview (KB4568831) on the Windows Update, launching my games seems to be having an issue and gives an error code 0x8876086a(D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE).

What i tried so far to fix the problem is:

    1. Uninstalling the updates (KB4562899 and KB4568831), which the problem still occurs. 2. Updating my GPU (radeon 530)to the latest update(20.7.2), still no luck. 3. Checking out dxdiag to see if i have the latest directx ver. (Which is DirectX 12 for both my Display[HD 620] and Render[radeon 530]) 4. Downloading the DirectX End User Runtime Installer from the official Microsoft website (but upon installing it, the installer says that i already have the latest DirectX update)

I have noticed that rebooting windows and after rebooting, I immediately played my game and it doesn't give me the D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE error but after 10 minutes of playing and closing my game and reopening it gives me the D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE error again.

What could be the possible solutions left?

Is there also a way to reinstall DirectX or .net
