Windows 10: Windows Web search gone after May 1903 update

After the latest update, I have lost the ability to search the web when using Windows Search. It was a really handy feature that I used in my workplace every day. For some reason I don't even have the option on top (as seen in the image) to filter for only web results. Am I assuming right that I need Cortana to be enabled to actually use that feature?


If someone has some insight on this issue, let me know.

Looking for a particular web site ?

I remember seeing this here but i can't find it using the search thingy.

A guy posted a web site that had a comprensive list of all Windows update 32&64. I used to have it in my favorites before i formatted my HD.

Does someone know it?

They suggested a sticky for it but they never did.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
