    Windows will be moving at 10 fps


    Sometimes, after I open something in windows, the window will move very slowly and choppy like. It like its stuck at 10 fps. It also creates afterimages, like its following behind. Whenever this happens, I always run my anti virus and find nothing. Then, I restart my pc, and it fixes it, but a lot of times it will come back.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
