Windows 10: Windows won't boot

So, Windows defender started giving me a message about the threat service being stopped and needing to restart it, which I couldn't do. Looked online and all I could find was unhelpful posts about "this is because you installed a third party AV" (not true) and you need to change the DisableAntiMalware registry key to 0 (which I didn't even have anyway) but I tried it and it didn't work

Figured I'd try and do a system restore from a few days ago which failed with the appsxstaging error, which I've had before but always managed to sort my problem out another way. Googled that again and found the "solution" about doing takeown on the WindowsApps folder, then icacls then deleting or renaming the folder. Tried that but all I got was access denied errors (getting mighty tired of useless "solutions" people post). Decided to boot back normally, oh wait that doesn't work now. Just sits there on a black screen and I can't do any kind of startup repair.....

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.
