Windows 10: Windows wont install

Dear people some days ago I build a new system wich uses some old parts from mij previous PC. these parts are:- 2x 8GB 3200hrz Corsair RAM- Kingston 120GB SSD- WD Blue 1TB HDD-Gigabyte RTX2060new parts-Coolermaster V850 wat -ryzen 7 5800x-MSI X570 Athe rest of the parts are brand new.Wat am getting is that I can begin a install of windows on either one of the drives but when its downloading I get BSOD's 0x8007025D, system Thread exeption and similar BSOD.I have wiped both drives multiple times, update the bios of the motherboard and cleard the CMOS of the motherboard. I havent tried to us

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
