Windows 10: Windows won't let me activate my Windows 10 after motherboard change

Discus and support Windows won't let me activate my Windows 10 after motherboard change in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I had to swap motherboards due to a faulty motherboard but now it asks me to activate Windows 10.     Windows won't let me activate my Windows 10 after motherboard change


    I had to swap motherboards due to a faulty motherboard but now it asks me to activate Windows 10. It was already activated, but the troubleshooter DOES NOT even try to troubleshoot, and calling the numbers it leads me to just has bots with no option for me to choose.


    The copy was also linked to my account, previously having done the long tedious process of calling the number and having to type all of the codes.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    • Open a new Explorer window.

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack

    I won't buy a key, stupid.

    I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

    When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
    is that causing the problem?
