    Windows Won't Let Me Burn DVD's


    I've been trying to burn DVD's but they won't burn, just start and then quit, ruining the disk. I have an HP laptop, Windows 10 the latest upgrade and have tried two different DVD's, one regular, one dl. I've upgraded everything from HP. I've also tried three different burning programs, all with same result. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. The Cd/DVD drive works for playing just fine. I installed programs using it.
