Windows 10: Windows wont reactivate after changing motherboard and cpu

I got a new cpu, motherboard, and ram for christmas and i put it all together and I put my drive that windows 10 pro was activated on into my new pc and it is no longer activated

I changed the motherboard and CPU on my computer and the digital license reactivation isn't working. I follow all the steps, (settings - update & security - Activation - Troubleshoot - I changed hardware on this device recently) the computer I am trying
to activate windows 10 on does not show up as one that I can choose. BUT when I go into my Microsoft account it is there under devices. Why is it not showing up as one I can choose to activate windows 10 on????

Just installed a new cpu and motherboard, went to activate windows gain, but i don't have the product key. Ran the troubleshooter and clicked where it says to if you just changed your hardware and it still won't reactivate it for me. Any help is appreciated.
