Windows 10: Windows won't restart. How do I recover my files?

I'm on Windows 10. When my computer starts I getreparing automatic repair...Diagnosing your PC...Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC.None of these options in Advanced Settings works:- Uninstall updates- System restore- System Image recoveryI select 'Reset this PC' / Keep My Files / Cloud Download OR Local reinstallI get:There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.I start a command prompt and run chkdsk.I get:Windows has checked the file system and found errors. Run CHKDSK with the /F option to correct these.I do this and get:The type of file system is NTFS.Cannot lock cu

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
