Windows 10: Windows won't start

I had an issue with my PC and wanted to reinstall Windows on my computer. I've had the PC for many years and upgrade to Windows 10 a few years back. Recently it has been acting slow and weird so I wanted to reset it. I tried doing the reset PC option in the settings but that didn't work. I don't know how but some how my recovery drive was deleted and the computer gave me the message to insert a recovery media and reboot the PC. I tried to create a recovery drive using the tool but it wouldn't let me. So I went to my laptop and created it there with the tool. I now had a USB recovery drive I could use to reinstall Windows 10. I turned of my PC and entered the boot menu and selected the recovery drive. I chose the option that said recover from a drive and then selected just remove my files. The screen went black then it said recovering this PC. Eventually while waiting it went to a blue screen and said "There was a problem resetting your pc." It brought me back to the select screen to do it again. I tried it again and it said the same thing. I then selected to turn off the PC and it brought me to the same select screen. I then entered the boot menu and selected my SSD to boot. Still brought me the the same screen. My pc doesn't want to boot to the home screen and if I try to reset it or recover it, I'm told that there was a problem. What can I do to fix this?

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
