Windows 10: Windows won't update (0x80070424 error)

This is the message that appears each time I try to update my Windows to the 1903 version:






After seeing that Windows Update won't collaborate with me, I tried to install the new 1903 Windows Update manually, but each time it freezes and then crashes when it is at 27%, and after the system turns back on, it shows me this:


I looked for hours to find a solution, but apparently i'm the only one in the entire world that have this sort of problem. Can someone help me? I wanted to purchase the Xbox Game Pass for PC, but without the most recent Windows version I can't do that.

After starting all listed services, the windows update still gives me the same error (0x80070424). Downloading and executing the update gives me this error:
