Windows 10: Windows wont work properly

Hello so ive been browsing through windows and a malware i download probably messed with my pc and now clipsvc isnt running as its always stopped i tried to start it using task manager but it wont worki realized i checked the regedit and saw that clipsvc>parameters and servicedll was had the path ofAnd it leads to the end saying ClipSVC.dlla idk if this is normal or not i tried changing it to dll i was using the account i made for my other brother my other account was the administrator but the guest account isnt and it didnt change due to the fact the account wasnt admini tried going into

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
