    hi, I have problem with windows key.


    I have buy hp envy with windows home single language (ru)


    I also buy Windows 10 Pro To install in this hp laptop and now when Im installing windows 10 pro this fking hp laptop automatically activates to old key home single language.. and when Im tryng to change product licensie key says I cant change product key


    how can I delete old windows key ? how can I install this windows 10 pro ? why I cannt delete old key ?


    and how can I get Microsoft support contact mail ? I only getting phone number or this dumb bot robot Windows :)

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
