Windows 10: Windows

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to a windows 10 from Windows 7 and i have a weird eroor evrytime i launch my pc. Every boot goes the same way. I start my pc, if boots up and goes to the welcome screan. After a few seconds it says preparing windows and after that it says locking down and reboots. I fixed that by manually shutting down and starting pc up from scratch. And everything works , couple of errors pop up , but i figured its due to the files that were not converted from windiws 7 version. Another thing that i found out that if i shut down my pc before or after the lock down message, it wound not fix the issue , it has to perfectly timed. Please help, its a minor inconvenience, but an annoying one.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
