    Thanks for trying to help. I did follow your instructions but the microsoft media player in Win 10 Professional does not play mp4 videos any more since I installed the Windows10-KB3010081-x64.msu media pack on the Win10 Prof. Version. Thus, how can I de-install
    the media pack to make it work again?

    I also cannot see the Windows10-KB3010081-x64.msu in the installed software list.
