    windows10 BSOD error code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT


    Yesterday,when I was working on my laptop,a notification pop up 'Scan for disk drive errors'.I tried restarting to fix the issue.Ot worked for a while.But today morning,it showed BSOD error code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT.I don't know what to do now.

    BSOD- memory management

    Upon checking the dump file, the issue is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Ntoskrnl.exe is the one responsible for memory management that is why you're having the Memory Management error. We suggest that you follow the steps found in the link that we provided
    in our last reply to resolve the issue. Please take note that if you're overclocking your processor or video card, kindly reset their settings to default.

    Let us know the outcome after performing the provided steps.

    BSOD Stop Code: Memory Management.

    First, I was getting the BSOD constantly, couldn't stay on for more than 10 minutes without it showing up. The last half dozen or so times it was with the stop code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT. One of the first times there was a code about pages which I don't remember.

    BUT since I ran the Memtest86-usb program like I said there have been no BSOD incidents, for 24 hours or so now. But I'm going to give you my system info anyway for future references:

    WINDOWS10 HOME

    VER 1803

    OS BUILD 17134.590

    DELL INSPIRON 3647

    INTEL CORE I5-44605

    DUAL CPU @2.90GHz

    8GB RAM

    64BIT OS

    Keep your fingers crossed like I'm doing that the BSOD will not show up again.

    • Have you made any recent changes on your device before this issue started?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
