Windows 10: Windows10 not receiving my e-mail for 5 days now. How can I trouble shoot this?

Since last Monday, I am not receiving my e-mails. I use the windows 10 and have more than one account in it and neither showing any e-mails. I normally get over 100/day. How can I trouble shoot this with Windows 10. Thank you

Hi Ron,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand the inconvenience you are facing in receiving your e-mails.

I would suggest you to remove and reconfigure the account back in the device. Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again you will be able to receive E-mails.

If you are looking for Roll back to your previous Operating System then I would suggest you to refer to the steps given in the article to Can I go back to my Old Operating System?

Regarding e-mails when a post is made in a subscribed thread

I have my User CP options setup so that i receive an instant e-mail when someone posts in a thread i'm subscribed to. Problem is that, since about 2 days or so, i only receive a fraction of the e-mails i was supposed to.

Example:

I'm subscribed in 5 topics and all are replied to but, instead of receiving 1 e-mail for each topic (5 in total), i get 1 or 2 ... and don't receive any notification that the other topics were replied to ...

Is there a glitch, somewhere?
