Windows 10: Windows's folder named "temp" take 250 GB of space

Yesterday i saw my partition C: almost full 50 GB free on 490, i tried to see all files that take so much space and don'f found it. I did a search on internet and discovere a programm that show me which files take a lot of space, and was the "temp" folder in "Windows" folder. I deleted all files of temp's folder and now the files slowly being created again and take a lot of space. I'll upload some screenshots of files there is in temp folder

OneDrive Temp Folder

I have a laptop that has with an SSD C:\ drive of 250 GB and a D:\drive (HDD) of 1 TB. I am trying to backup my pictures folder which has 239 GB of data to OneDrive but I am unable to. I get a message that "Space required on your C:\ drive: 245 GB",
which I don't have. I assume that Onedrive is trying to create a temp folder on the C;\drive to preform the backup. I have 471 GB of free space on the D:\ drive and Onedrive has 640 GB of available space. I have 72
GB of free space on the C:\drive (SSD) and I am using the OneDrive backup function to copy/update my data. Is there a way to have Onedrive create the Temp folder on the D: \drive (HDD) of my laptop?

The temp folder provides work space for programs. Yes they can be deleted. We suggest that you follow the steps provided by Sangeeta Sarkar on how to delete Temp files on this

link. You may also type in the search box Disk Cleanup and hit enter. It will evaluate your disk and give you a list of folders sizes that can be deleted.

I emptied the temp folder and did a disc clean up creating 2.3 GB of free space

Same message came up saying it needs 1.15 GB-1.15 GB of space to download
