Windows 10: WING32.dll missing

    Either you didn't bother reading the whole post, or if you did, you didn't bother to try to understand the issue. Either way, I haven't seen tech support this careless/clueless since I had to query a Greendot tech if they knew what an apostrophe was.

    The link is useless - I've already run the program on a few other platforms, so I've had enough experience getting it running.

    The 'Compatibility Wizard' Is a joke - I've lost count of how many times 'WinXP Service Pack 3' was the conclusion for a 16-bit program to run on a 64-bit system. No NTVDM. But at least that issue seems to have been addressed in Win10 - I know which 16-bit
    programs are off limits, unless they're DOS-based (e.g. DOSBox).

    The developer still exists, but no longer supports the product.
