WinHelp doesn't work in Windows 10.

Original Title: Windows 10 problems.

I have managed to install Win 10 to my laptop from Win 7.

I have following problems with this Win 10 version:

1) Google Earth doesn't work

2) WinHelp doesn't work.

This problem I have with my Win 8.1. computer, too( in Win 7 this still worked ).

With that computer I have tried use following : Windows8.1-KB917607-x64.msu

and the same for 32byte computer although I have 64 byte system but the computer

refuses to install any of them.

Is there any corresponding but working version for Win 10 and 8.1?

3) More themes

I would want to have such a theme which gives round corners and different

colours for the forms. I only can change the outlook of the forms by selecting one of the

4 High Contrast themes. Are there more themes for the forms available somewhere?

How to disable Windows Defender?
