Windows 10: winscomrssrv.dll nag screen

Discus and support winscomrssrv.dll nag screen in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Although I have successfully removed winscomrssrv.dll, I still get a nag screen on startup, saying the file cannot be found.     Although I have successfully removed winscomrssrv.dll, I still get a nag screen on startup, saying the file cannot be found. I have run the "Auto startupscan" utility many times, and no winscomrssrv.dll can be found! How do I get rid of the nag error screen?

    OneDrive Nag Message at Start-Up


    I get the nag screen on startup, but there is no process in taskmanager/startup.

    Any other suggestions? I only want to disable the nag screen, not uninstall OneDrive.

    DLL Missing


    The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
    There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

    My desktop has just now started giving me a "nag" screen about my subscription has expired??? Never had one to start with??? Tried to uninstall it, takes me to control panel/programs and features, it is not listed.
