Windows 10: WinZip System Utilities System.

Hi, Can you please inform me if the WinZip System Utilities System is safe to use. A sign is showing up on my screen alerting me

that my PC needs attention and to register to fix all items. My system is Windows 10. Thanks.

Winzip system utilities freezes at 97%.

Hi Marque, I found that the automatic start was resolved by shutting down in settings but the freeze up at 97% still persists. In answer to your question, no there were no changes to the computer other than the down loading of winzip system utilities.
I am also waiting for a reply from WinZip help line , maybe they might have an answer. Thanks for your quick reply. Rick B.

Hi Rick,

It is possible that a certain file or application is causing the WinZip to automatically run upon booting up your computer. Now, for us to determine if this is really the case, may we know what are the changes on your computer prior to this? Did you recently
unzip a compressed file on your PC?

If your PC can boot to Windows normally by restarting it after it freezes, then we suggest that you remove the WinZip application from the Startup services, then reboot your computer, and check if it still getting the same thing.
