Windows 10: Wireless Bluetooth headphone problem

i have an alienware gaming laptop windows 10. I have both wired and wireless headphones. The wired ones of course work just fine. But when use my wireless thats when i start to have issues. When i have it on the setting stereo i cant hear anything. But when i have on heads free i can hear desktop sounds. It seems to work fine then until i want to play a game or be in a voice chat on discord. Sometimes the headphones work fine with games and even work with discord other times it doesnt work at all. Ive gone over the game settings time and time again and that doesnt seem to be the problem. If anyone could help me figure out why bluetooth just isnt working correctly with games and discord type things please. I feel like i have tried everything. I disabled hands free and that doesnt do any good. Ive enabled stereo mix didnt do anything. Ive restarted my laptop as well as the headphones. Just when i think i have it fixed another problem arises its just really annoying.

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

I bought these headphones Amazon.com: Matone® Qy8 [New Version Qy7] V4.1 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Best In-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones with Microphone for Running, Sports Accessories. I connected them fine to my Iphone and Ipod but having problems with Windows I got them to pair but sound still comes through regular speakers only. In sound settings it lists the bluetooth headphones but says disconnected. I click on connect but that does nothing. Do not know what else to do
