Windows 10: Wireless driver Issue On HP 15 Notebook PC

Here the problem is, When I Switch on my laptop signal range of wireless driver is low means not able to connect more than 5meters and when I restart my laptop wireless drivers are working goods and connecting more than 10- 20meters range

I want to know what is the reason for this and is there any solution, please tell me
