Windows 10: Wireless mouse quit working. I put new battery but did not fix the problem

I have windows 10 and everything has worked fine for a year. Today suddenly my cordless mouse quit working. I put a new battery in and I get a solid green light for a few seconds then it goes away and I have nothing. I would really appreciate some help in how to fix my mouse. I am not very good at using the keyboard as my mouse. Thank you, Lynda

Logitech M510 wireless mouse quit working

All of a sudden my wireless mouse quit working on my Dell computer that is running windows 10. The mouse has new batteries and works on another laptop just fine. What would cause this? Was there an update that may have changed a setting on my computer
or some other issue?

• Have you tried updating your wireless mouse driver?

i dont think is the battery because i just bought the mouse and is new.
