    "app" isn't recognized as internal or external command.

    Although I've set the environment variable I can't run the app. The cmd says it isn't recognized as an internal or external command. Reminder - I've set a correct path.

    I gt these messege after doing cmd scannow order, am trying to fix my system unxpected fade out screen to black while am using my laptob and the only we is pressing power bottom to use it again
