Windows 10: Wn7 and Win10 ?

First off I should tell you, when it comes to computers I really am not the brightest bulb on the tree. Here is what I would like to do to use my software defined radio. My shop computer has the ability to use two hard drives. At this time both hard drives are loaded with Win10. I would like to have Win7 on one hard drive and Win10 on the other drive. My SDR radio cannot use Win10 at this time due to it's age. (Win7 is OK) Will the computer accept the use of the two hard drives configured that way? Can I start up on one drive and switch to the other drive without a change in the BIOS setup? The radio would require modifications to run on USB. It runs on serial port now. If this cannot be made to work perhaps you can come up with a way for it to work. If so make it very detailed I have passed the spring chicken stage many years ago.
