Windows 10: Wndows 10 update 2/14 causes Outlook Crash

After an update on 2/14/2019 ,the computer wont launch Outlook 2013. I attempted to restart but it never seem to shut down. I forced it to shut with power button. Outlook still failed to launch after restart. I was able to get to system restore and restored to condition before update. Now Outlook launches but Chrome browser failed to launch . Had to reinstall Chrome. Now everything works fine. I promptly created a new restore point to be safe. Now what to do with Windows 10 updates ? Will windows try to reinstall the failed update? When I check update history this is what I found:





Any Advise? Tks

BTW when I was about to put computer to sleep , I see that KB4023057 and KB4487017 updates are Pending Restart .What should I do ?

Repeated Crashes and Boot Errors Apparently Caused by Driver Updates


The chkdsk /f /r report displayed that there were corrections made in the volume bitmap.

Run these commands and post images and then continue with the prior steps:
There was a command for disk 1 but the command for disk 0 seems to have been skipped (steps 24 and 25) for the partition information. These are some additional commands.

1) diskpart
2) list disk
3) select disk 0
4) list volume
5) list partition
6) select partition 1
7) detail partition
8) select partition 2
9) detail partition
10) select partition 3
11) detail partition
12) select partition 4
13) detail partition
14) if there are any other partitions on disk 0 continue in the same fashion
15) exit
16) continue with prior steps

 

I believe the Windows updater is crashing my computer- (2/14/16)

1. Yes I am able to boot to the desktop, the crashing doesn't seem to affect this at all.

2. The update of 1/14/2016: (KB3124263), and the previous day's update in the event that this is also the cause: (KB3124200)

Now when you say manufacturer's website, you are referring to your own correct?

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.
