    My PC was Windows 8.1 Pro
    Created ISO of Upgrade - as if I reboot Now the upgrade will proceed to upgrade 8.1 to 10
    gotta clone my 8.1 partition to my win10 preview partition and then let the upgrade proceed

    What happens if you let the computer idle for say 10 minutes so that Automatic Maintenance/Windows Update runs? Or maybe manually run Automatic Maintenance from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Action Center > Maintenance Tab > Start Maintenance. Does it start downloading then?
