Windows 10: Won't Boot Due to USB Error?

I had a technician come test my PSU. Now my computer won't boot, and the error reads: Over Current Have Been Detected On You USB Device. Computer will shut down in 15 Seconds. I took out every USB device hooked up, but I still get the error. The computer did boot once, but in Windows I got a message refer to a USB device, I think. So I had to re-boot and the USB an over-current issue came back. I cannot boot into Windows. The tech said the problem was dust in his original diagnosis, but when he brought it to me same error. he said he dusted it as best as could, so any help from that agin would yield nothing. Any ideas? System: CPU - i7 6700K Board - Z170A M3 Gaming RAM - G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM OS - Windows 10 Pro

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.

 

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

SkyPe 7.23 won´t upgrade or uninstall due to privileges error

Hi community,

it´s a long time SkyPe 7.23 won´t upgrade due to this error:

The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Progeam FIle (x86)\Skype\Phone\RTMMediaManager.dll.

Of course I modified privileges in the file and also in the parent directory, from Everyone in Full Controll to removing inheritance, keeping existing privileges and adding full control to all voices in the Security tab but unfortunately the problem remains.

Today I tried to brutally solve the problem uninstalling it but the same error appear and....I´m stuck!

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64, fully updated.
