Windows 10: Won’t let me sign in

Why does my laptop say “this sign in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. use a different sign in option or keep your device powered on for least 2 hours and then try again” because i’ve waited the 2 hours and nothing has changed, my laptop turns itself off and won’t wait the 2 hours, i’ve been on it once today and haven’t put in the wrong password and it was working, i tried logging it around 8:30 and it came up with that warning whilst i tried logging in and i don’t know how to resolve it

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

Applications won`t maximize

Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks
