    I finally got Windows 10 home upgraded to the anniversary version. I used the ISO file burnt to a DVD and then had it install with keeping ONLY my personal files. It might be a littler more time reinstalling some programs, but that was the only way I could get it to install. Microsoft missed the boat big time on being able to do a simple upgrade.
